Yes you have to also have had to download and setup the side quest and oculus rift app with a link cable (your phone charger will do fine or the charger if you have a usb c port)

It's because these games are on SideQuest, an alternate app store for Quest devices. There are a bunch of tutorials telling you how to sideload apps with SideQuest (you will need a computer)
