Beautiful country, nice people and great roads. We bought a tiny house in the north 15 years ago and have never tired of it. Good traction control and ABS essential!

The rest of the ride through Slovenia was in heavy rain but the roads were amazing- cannot wait to ride them in dry conditions some day. It’s a beautiful country like you said 😉

@@MotoVibes To my shame I’ve only biked there once in 2008 due to family and lack of opportunity. There’s an English guy who runs bike tours in Slovenia which is worth a look because there’s much to see and not always easy to find. The standard of driving is good unlike many countries which helps.

@@MotoVibes we went in September which was great. The autumn colours were spectacular. Probably early next year. Getting my GSA ready!

Nicht jeder mag diesen Pass aufgrund der relativ schlechten Straßenoberfläche aber ich find das eine schöne Abwechslung 😉

We did this mountain pass in August 2020 and we have to say that, although it's a beautiful mountain pass, we did not enjoy the hairpins in wet cobblestones, our Super Duke's were not happy 🤣🤣🤣🤣 Ride safe! ✌️✌️

Great footage Oliver, say do you know why all the hairpin corners are made out of cobblestone or am I seeing things?

There are a very few roads like this in Europe - with the turns in cobble stone. Usually they serve as a reminder of the past when all of the road was cobble stone 😉

WOW....you ended your video with this, I am starting my comment with this....I loved this video, amassing landscape, beautiful colors @ the end of October. I imagine you are still on the Continental Road Attack 3, correct?? Incredible grip on those cobble stones with those tires. I just installed Mitas 07+on my 1190 few weeks ago after a review on them in one of your past videos 😉…how those Mitas would perform on a similar situation as was on VRSIC PASS in your opinion? Thank you.
@MotoVibes3 жыл бұрын
Thank you very much 😉 you are right I was on brand new Road Attack 3 tires. They have excellent wet grip. The Mitas have other strength but I would not hesitate to ride a road line that with them - I would be extra careful in the corners though 😉

@MotoVibes3 жыл бұрын
Thank you very much 😉 I was in „Street“ Mode - I do not use the „rain“ mode even when it rains a lot. I do use the „off-road“ mode however when I leave the pavement

How the heck do you keep your dashboard in "dark mode"? I simply hate the "daylight" scheme and colors, and cannot simply set it to be always in dark mode. Edit: SaS 2018
@MotoVibes3 жыл бұрын
That was easy - it was just dark enough outside so the display switched to night mode 😂😂
