Dude...that stupid "Horsie" vaporwave song by Macross 82-93 definitely lifted the riff from Door Into Summer! It only popped out at me because of your sample choice and the tempo at 0:55

No samples used, this is fully composed with DX7 synths imported into FM8. It does sound similar, I wonder if they did...

Indeed, the fm8 flattens the dx7 sys files a bit, but the overall early 90s atmosphere still comes through pretty nicely.
