Don't assume you will get an answer to this. In August I sent an email asking what type of pot was used for the VCF Depth as it's not working properly and is making my Avalon unusable at the moment. I subsequently sent 4 more emails asking if my very simple question maybe could be answered so that I could have this fixed, but so far I haven't heard anything. Unfortunately, this is not the first time. I had placed an order for filter cartridges for the Avalon and that initially went hopelessly wrong and it cost me blood, sweat and tears to get in touch with Brian to finally get it resolved. Never, ever again that I order anything from this guy. Such a hopeless way to run a business.

@@boogway I had sent him a final email saying it was time to warn some people (on social media) to do business with him and then I suddenly had a reply within almost a minute. The problem with my order was then resolved almost immediately. As a compensation, I also received 3 resonance pots for my other Avalon and as spare parts. And now again.... how difficult can it be to answer my question what type of pot is used for the VCF Depth. I don't need to receive a new pot from him, but if I know which one it is I can contact someone who can repair it for me. As soon as I turn on the Avalon it gives a continuous tone because of this defective pot. It's completely unusable at the moment.
