No, power goes out anytime the gods of power wills it and comes on whenever they want it to. In some cases you can decipher a method to their madness and a pattern develops and thus you adjust accordingly. It is not uncommon for homes and businesses to run entirely on their own power supply. This adds tremendously to the operating cost.

@sylviasworld93972 жыл бұрын
People don't really rely on power supply from NEPA, they make arrangements for their own. Where I am now, it's constant because I'm in an estate where tenants club together to buy fuel and also the house I'm in has an inverter. Most of my friends have inverters so, technically they have 24hrs light and its a seamless switchover. I've spent time in Ghana a while ago and they also have "light off" just not as often as the average place in Nigeria. They do have it though. I've never gone 10 days without power supply in Abuja and I've been here for close to 2 years and have visited before moving here, about 10 times.

Looking at the Accra estate, i think Accra is more of an industrial area hence the less greenery buh moving to the other part of the region and other part of the country like the Eastern region, there's more greenery

Ghana is like a village to Abuja, u can not use where the vip leave in Ghana to compare where average citizens leaves in Nigeria because they are of thesame price, he should use where vip leaves for both cities and not the other way round. My humble submissions

A place with no electricity is not more of a village? Even Nigerians are moving every day to Ghana. It's much safer than in Nigeria.

@Moon Boy Criminality is killing Nigerians. Crime is high. Afrobeat is the only thing that has been good for Nigeria in the past 10 years. This isn't something to call names or insult anyone. We're just dealing with facts. A lot of Nigerians have moved to Ghana, ask yourself why. Our universities are packed with Nigerians. Sharia law will soon take over the country. When did you join Boko Haram

This guy is not right about the location of the property not being safe in abuja. I live in Abuja, i have friends living in wuye, the value of property in Abuja is sky rocketing everyday. He should try comparing homes in maitama, asokoro and guzape in Abuja, and thank me later 😊

The Steven guy that made the video was seriously biased especially after meeting the builders and designers of the Accra homes.

Location, location, location. resale value in Accra is way higher than in Abuja.

I do not gree totally with Steve on the price and profitability of the Accra over the Abuja. Wuye may not be centrally located and thus outside the affordability index of residence inn near by towns but if used as a short let apartment, it will earn more cash flow that the Accra's. Plus the Abuja property cost more than the Accra. Although both are valued at $1m , due to the cedi's decimalization, the Accra property is cheaper.

It's in dollars, not Cedi's or Naira.

IMHO the Accra house is already at the top of the market price wise, due to it being in one of the most expensive areas of Accra. Abuja, the land itself will go up in value every year as more buildings are constructed. There is room for the market to move upwards.
