The script I understand for this dispute is that it is a challenge between MX and Ultra M to see who is the most powerful, the winner will do a “powerdown” on the opponent's forces, thus being able to make full use of his abilities, which would be an advantage for one of them, as one could use the abilities in their games to have a greater chance of winning against any other being. (it's a bit of a silly script but it makes sense, apart from the part that Ultra M is a mixture of all the other beings in this world, that is, he also has the abilities of MX, which is also one of the reasons why it was easy for him to beat BF).
