I can't believe it took me so long to realize; the other artists all have their own subgenres of EDM, but Tatiana herself doesn't actively play music or act as an artist. And while the others all seem to have thematic powers and abilities hinging around their music, Tatiana has fire (which makes sense given who she really is,) and... time powers? But wait. The whole of the NSR tower is a giant metronome. Tatiana controls/governs the other artists. Her "time powers" are actually a representation of her being NSR's metronome, controlling them and bringing order through the tempo she sets. Her powers quite literally make her out to be NSR's metronome, just as the tower itself is a giant metronome.

One thing that's really awesome about Tatiana is her design (SPOILERS) At first you think her pale, cracked face is just a way to make her look scary and old, but once she shreds in the plaza to clear away the drones Kliff had hacked, and her Kul Fyra hair bursts back out, you can see in following cutscenes that her face was actually dried magma the entire time

Her theme kind of has elements of every other artist. Like the drops used by Eve, the lead synths sound kind of like DJSS, the piano is Yinu, the drumbeat sounds kind of like Sayu, and you can hear 1010’s bass synths in there as well. It’s like they’re all playing a battle theme for their leader. Cheering her on in the hopes that she brings back order.

Tatiana is my favorite character hands down. Love the message and the voice acting. She seems cold and looks intimidating and is very corporate. All things young people and people in general don't like. But under that there is a person. Who changes. The fans wanted her to be something she wasn't anymore. I love basically all the themes in this game, but Tatiana's is absolutely my favorite. It's got just about everything- various instruments taking over the melody, triplets, beat-focus mixups, classical-and-modern pattern mixups, sound volume changes, a gorgeous arrangement of electric sounds to give it breadth and variety, a few subtle guitar solo's for thematic purposes, the most straightforward "boss" feel in the whole game, it covers the whole spectrum while fitting with Tatiana's role as the head honcho. And the one thing it doesn't do? Tempo change. Because Tatiana doesn't change her methodical, Order-focused through process until after the boss fight is done and over. It's just perfect on every level.

I love how Tatiana actually has a good reason as to why she doesn’t want MayDay and Zuke to defeat her. It’s not because of money, power or just cause she doesn’t like them, she’s actually worried about her people and city. She’s worried about the hundreds of NSR employees that will be jobless and the people that still like EDM even after the rebellion, and how if anyone didn’t like BBJ’s ways they could just come in willy nilly and over throw them and the city would just be chaos. She is so well written and she’s like one of my favorite video game “antagonists”.

I like how this song still has some rock elements in it (like the guitar) to symbolize her (SPOILERS) being unable to escape her past as Kul Fyra. It's nice to see her accept rock, even if she's not going to perform anymore, and the ending was pretty neat

When you think about it, it's basically a combination of every other musical genre you faced, with rock mixed in to tie it all together. The cirisis is solved when Tatiana relented and allowed other voiced apart from EDM to speak, where not everything has to be NSR.

If you played the game with no wifi which makes the patch not download. And reach Tatiana. This is the actual song you get when you fight her. It’s fits so much better!! Since she is the final EDM boss. And it just sounds so big and majestic as boss soundtracks should do. Only thing that sucks was the glitches and falling to the floor in cutscenes. Then just staying in limbo unless you quit or if you were in her final phase. She could actually hurt you for some reason when you are meters below the map.

What I like about this EDM version is that it’s a genre called Drum and Bass, which is a genre that’s very closely connected to rock. It shows that Tatiana wants to leave the past behind her but can’t.

Tatiana feels so unique as an antagonist. She is not necessarily evil,and has a corrupted since of what she believes is right(Kinda like Mayday and Zucker).Even during her boss fight cutscene,she flat out tells the duo that even if they succeed, there's major consequences to doing so that they will need to change with possibly bad results or grow weary of,as if she experienced them herself.Not many video games have villains like these,and I wish then that we can see fully developed and realistic heroes and villains,each with traits and flaws.

What happened with the Tatiana fight was such a shame because it seemed like they had so much more planned for it with the later parts of her theme as well as the giant version you see as she's being finished off. I would've loved to seen her how she was originally envisioned.

I have been busy planning an "improved version". Idk if anyone would see it, but phase two would have things like gears and clock hands flying around, and phase three would be in a volcano where each artist would fight you one by one, working your way up. Also, the instant kill attacks would be more prominent.

Out of all the music in the game, this song is by far my favourite. As soon as the build up happened I knew I was in for a fun fight. so much of this fight was done right. the leadup being verbal, the music, the slow reveal of Tatiana's identity, the end reveal in case you didnt realize right away, the midcombat arguments, the punishing attacks; and in the end, the real issue wasnt about genre, it was about musical freedom for all and putting one's soul into their art. the Grand Quasa cares not for what flavor is presented, but rather the amount that is given and how much love is put into it. this game deserves so many more players. easily in my top 5 for several reasons. part of me wishes it was longer, but another part of me says what we got was just the amount we needed gameplay wise. no sequel necessary. no additional fights. just a fantastically replayable rhythm combat game.
