@@alfred5543 - I'll be honest, I'm not sure. All I can say is that if you play enough and practice enough, you'll learn to make sure you don't make such large gaps. Though I mean, I think if you took it slow in Marathon and really thought about the placement of your blocks, that might be able to train you (gradually increasing the speed, and making you think less and allowing you to do it kinda subconsciously)

So Im reviewing the gameplay to see how exactly you can improve your tetris skills, at certain parts you place peices in really awkward places. Simply because the peices fit does not always make it a good placement. You seem to think this in your "I should have place that J peice there" actually your judgment was wrong as you would most likely have to rely on an I peice to fill that gap which is highly inefficient due to going for a tetris stack (ex: 1:00 1:32 1:36 1:38 1:54). The way you stack is also very sloppy. Though its not that bad, there are better ways to stack for a tetris. You could split the line down the middle instead of one of the sides making your build more balanced and also increases your opportunity for T-spins. Further increasing the trash you send over. I won't comment on the speed you place your tetraminos at as that will develop over time as thats just muscle memory. Anyway I really enjoy the videos! Keep up the great work!

If I may also add, when playing against a puyo player, Combos are awful. As it gives them time to build to offset the incoming garbage. I recommend just when you send a T-spin or Tetris don't send any lines afterwards. Tetris players are destroyed by large combos however. Try not to send Doubles or Triples 1:10 . They can ruin setups and they send a very small amount of trash. Sometimes they may save you from a clutch situation, but try not to send them. Utilize your spins better, there may be a large hole in your build and it seems to fit the shape of an S or a J but you don't seem to be able to fit it. Research the way SRS works so you can properly fix the holes in your build without the need of clearing lines or with clearing minimal lines. Always keep an eye on incoming blocks, look and see if the placement works or not, The piece may fit just fine but what about the next two pieces? Always keep the future on your mind. Thats all.
