I did what you said about the launcher my platinum TV and VOD says invalid account or expired the other apps work I have the channel up and the elite sports and limitless and elite cinema and VOD. I figured out the platinum TV and VOD. I had to clear the cache and the data now it worked.

Have a VSEE Elite...Turned it on and all the apps are gone except the paid ones. How to I get the Heat Apps back along with the others?

As long as i have the main 4 Heat apps im not to upset just alittle i like the upgrade on the Elite Cinema and Elite VOD hopefully they will come with better improve apps i saw they got a new live app Heat live Ultra i think like too see what's all on that

Vseebox update doesn’t work; my box still runs like crap and keeps freezing. Customer service did not assist me even though i asked them many times. Might just buy a new, better box

If you're having constant issues with ALL apps you're most like having internet issues. ALL apps wont have issues at the same time. In live you might get a channel that has issues, but they all dont. Same if you're getting issues in BOTH Ultra & VOD. Contact your reseller for any assistance as well. Their goal should be realistic customer expectations with the goal to get referrals. My .2 cents.
