One idea, get a soup broth and add collagen peptides to it. Collagen isn't a perfect protein but it is close and it is flavorless!!! Genepro also works and is flavorless. There are a lot of "sweet" protein options out there but you can get really sick of sweet after awhile. Good haul. When is your surgery?

December Major Thanks so much for checking in. I’m starting to feel like myself again. I will be one week tomorrow so I will have an update! You really don’t need a lot of quantity just variety. You get really bored of the same foods.
