Thanks for the video! I’m struggling right now with no energy. My mind tells me to get off my butt and do something and sometimes I do but I know I could do a lot more. I am an emotional eater as well and for years I was in denial of that. Anyways thought I’d say hi and wanted to say thanks for the video! Tell Suzi we said hi!

Wow Matt you look great!!! reminds me back to when you were on TBL except older. Being an emotional eater sucks and with the isolation in place, its harder. I currently work from home, being a key worker I am sitting on my butt at a computer all day. I have osteoarthritis in the Knees which has compromised my mobility so I am unable to stand or walk for no more than 5 minutes without severe pain, stairs are a bit%&. Thanks for the video update, hope you, Suzy and the boys are keeping safe.

First Congratulations and thank you for posting your story. I do have a question. I am in the process and about a month out and I have been battling mentally the thought I need to eat different things because I will not be able to have them after my surgery. Did you have. Those problems?!
