4:10 If incorporation is on 1st Jan 23 then financial year end will be 31 March 25 then first agm should be on 31 March 25 + 9 months it means the first agm will be till 31 December 25 and no other agm is required in fy 1april2025 to 31 March 26 and from this next agm will be within 6 months having minimum gap of 15 months between two agm Is this is right sir?? And that "6 months from end of FY" is for subsequent AGM, so first subsequent AGM should be held latest by 30/9/25(fy 24-25 ends on 31/3/25, 30th sep being end of 6 months). This would satisfy both the conditions 1)gap between 2 agms shall not be more than 15 months, 2)every subsequent AGM shall be held within 6 months from end of fy
