Jan ahar is the right of every rail passenger especially who can't afford the over the top food of hotels and pantry coach...💯 Edit - sadly not every or most stations serve it though it is compulsory by govt to serve and even if they serve they don't publish it very much as it goes to their loss. The hotels and restaurants were given on lease by govt on cheap prices for this purpose also. And most passengers aren't even aware of it , especially the poor ones .
