Is Paul Hardcastle a master of smooth jazz? That is without a doubt; the music Hardcastle put out is just totally fine; I just about cannot get enough of his Jazzmasters collection. But with artists out there like 3rd Force, Joyce Cooling, Down to the Bone and Fourplay I just cannot go king. There are too many more masters out there.
