Hey Tony, coming from a guy that had a cardiac event eight months ago that required a surgery. I can relate my mountain bike has been dusty as well. I’m afraid of elevated heart rates but you know it is what it is. Get back at it and we’ll see on the flipside brother.

My bikes are dusty as well it’s been forever since I have rode. Work and life and other responsibilities have taken over. Nice channel update.

We all forget something. I forgot my cycling shoes on an event ride that I was looking forward to all summer. To make matters worse it was 70 miles away from home.....🙃
