vsw silver - single hop vs double hop

perfect rng and execution is ~35s saved per 21 silver (5s per hop)
giving 3 ticks of leeway per hop is ~21s saved, but allows you 4 attempts for all 3 rocks instead of 3 attempts.
silver is never 100% accuracy so its always worth giving yourself at least 3 ticks
