That's standards practice for Twitch. No matter how many times it changes the TOS, it always remain vague. This must be purposeful. My hunch: If the rules were specific, then Twitch might be forced by a class action lawsuit to follow its own rules without favoritism. If you build your career around either one of the two main streaming platform, you just have to live with the fact that you could lose your channel at any time with no notice. It's a gamble every year.

They make sense if you look at them from the point of view of Twitch wanting to avoid all responsibility. If it had no rules, it would be blamed for me in a hedonist website -- that kind of happens anyway, but it's still a fear. If it applied the current rules to live streamers, Twitch would be accused of body shaming real women. If it had rules which were clear and applied to everyone equally, Twitch might be forced into doing business without favoritism.

Those who don't know about the BilliBilli stuff. It all started like 4 years ago when Haachama showed her analytics, which had Taiwan as a separate country(she didn'tknow that). And people from China didn't like that. Then Kiryu Coco decided to defend her senpai by showing her analytics focusing even more on Taiwan and Chaina being separate to divert the anger twords Haachama to herself. And it worked too well cause alot of Chinese people and supporter of the Chinese government went after her and there was quite the back lash, including backlash coming from members of HoloLive Chinese branch (which got shut down ) and for several months until Coco graduated there was always people from China that was trying to conspire to get rid of Coco and other Holomems they didn't like. One of they ways they tried attacking Coco and some of the others was by spamming comments (often with bot accounts) to shut livestreams down or get the accounts banned or suspended.

I know this statement is a bit late but the general consensus is that a lot of people want the Nijisanji Livers out of Nijisanji, the problem with that is a vast majority of those Livers would mostly be forgotten if they left. People will state I'm full of crap and list Mint and Doki as counterarguments but they were really popular Livers before they left. Most Livers in Nijisanji do not break a thousand Live viewers a stream. It's not like they'll suddenly explode upon leaving and it makes no real sense to leave at the current moment. I mean, look at Quinn, his youtube is averaging maybe around 300 live viewers a stream. Man was forgotten outside of his main audience. The situation is just a bunch of people who want to force streamers to do what they want in which a VAST majority of them...don't even watch or support the streams in the first place. People have forgotten that vtubers...are people too. They make mistakes, they work for our amusement and they have their own goals and ambitions they may not be telling us. It's a really tough gig, but they try hard every day. There are vtubers that worked for years just to get accepted into a corpo position. They've made an untold number of sacrifices to get to where they are. If you don't like them...just ignore them, that's the worst thing you can do to a vtuber. Tired of people who think bullying and harassing is okay when other people do it. Your loyalty belongs to the vtubers that worked hard to earn it. To the vtubers you watch their streams and get enjoyment out of them. Watch what you want to watch and don't be swayed by what other people say. Anyone that says, "I'd watch X Vtuber but since she's working for X corpo, I won't watch her" is full of crap.

I'll also add some lore, few comments already mentioned that firefly and the iron calvary are fighting something called 'the swarm'. In hsr there are gods called Aeons, one of theses Aeons are called Tayzzyronth also called 'the propagation' and the name is basically what they do. They propagate asexually which created the swarm. The swarm eventually became so big it was able to cover entire galaxies and the worst part of the swarm is that they eat alot, including planets. Glamoth was a bunch of colonies that were hit really hard when the swarm was at its peak. Thus they created the iron calvary and Titania. Titania was basically the commander of the iron calvary that controlled the calvary telepathically. Like a hive mind. And the iron calvary all look similar to Titania since I think they used her DNA to create them. Additionally, tho this is kinda up for debate, firefly didn't destroy her planet. That ending was a metaphorical rebirth of firefly as she wanted to live as a person and not die as a weapon. Glamoth survived the final battle but infighting and Titania rebellion caused the actual downfall of Glamoth. There was also a astral belt full of armor and swarm limbs that surrounded glamoth which was so thick it blocked out the sun. This is also another speculated reason for glamoth's true downfall.
