Hi Singh ji, I have had a 65inch vu premium 4ktv for just over a year now purchased from flipkart, till the issues started exactly after the 1year warranty period was over. Luckily I had also taken a 2year extended warranty. It took 1month for the technician to get him to just pay us a visit to check our faulty TV. Finally he visited and told us the motherboard is at fault and has to be replaced and would take another 10days atleast to get the replacement. Forget 10days it took another month for them to just respond and when they did they told us that the replacement part is not in stock and they would refund us the money after deduction of depreciation amount from the purchase value. I finally got fed-up and asked them to refund, then they wanted us to first return the TV then after another 10 more days they would refund the amount back. There is no guarantee that it would take 10days or more. The service is very bad.

Sir, please tell me how to identify that the tv I received from Flipkart is 50 inch premium tv not 50 inch ultra tv. Actually I order 50 inch premium tv model 50 PM. When I received box ,it's 50 PM premium tv box but when I start my tv the first screen shows VU California android tv instead of VU California Premium tv 4K. On back side of tv it shows VU 50PM steaker. I am very confused which tv I received. Please help me how I identify that I received premium tv or not
