i love see sea, but I've seen it performed with the original dancers so many times. These girls dance amazing as well, but they look like backup dancers while the other girls looked like friends.

Maybe the reason she's having trouble catching her breath-- this is a taxing event since it has a biiig stage (that she's constantly moving from side to side on), she's being shot with water and trying to make sure it doesn't get in her mouth/eyes, the outdoor heat, etc. Oh, and of course making sure she's still dancing enough to entertain a large crowd so that they can see her.

I think there's really a problem with her mic. At talk after first song, she asked the engineer to raise thr volume of her mic. #cmiiw And oh she changed her mic to the clipped one.

She asked to raise up the volume of the in-ear headphones, not the mic. And, she changed mics so she could dance to see sea better, since it was a new song and she probably wanted to showcase the choreography as good as possible to appeal to the audience (because the song was released that day, an hour before her perfomance, so, people hadn't probably listen to it if they were in the festival).

My honest and probably unpopular opinion. Hyolyn killed it. Even out of breath, she's still outsinging all of these idols. My issue lies with the crappy mics and the backup dancers. The obviously the mics were poor quality even for a waterproof set. The backup dancers were a total bore. Even though you're a backup dancer, your dancing should be up on the same level with the main. Dally could have been performed solo, and it would have been just fine. There was no feel or personally. It was like they were doing a dance practice on stage. See Sea was worse. It's really disappointing going from having a good time on the beach to whatever this was. Not to mention, one of them almost dropped Hyolyn. I'm harsh because I love dancing, and whatever those girls were serving was like undercooked chicken. Hyolyn do your thing dear. KEEP SLAYING

post production audio mixing was uh - not presenting these idols in the best light. I think other videos from this event show that it was a more even mixing between MR and the idol vocals, but in this format it sounds a bit lacking.

Listen I don't know what all of you guys are talking about but this performance was really great especially being that she performed in the water with heels. She sounded amazing, everyone knows this woman can sing We just want to see her have fun. Her fans want to see her do what she's already born to do. I think the backup dancers did great as well. The camera shots just did not justify it since it barely captured the dancers' movements. Overall, it was a great performance from Hyolyn! She's a topnotch kpop artist and I bet there aren't much like her that can dance so well yet have a very powerful voice. B-E-S-T- Sistar!!!

They had the background vocals turned up really loud it seems. I know it was necessary for her to have extra background as this is a taxing event (big stage, being shot with water and trying to make sure it doesn't get in your mouth/eyes, the outdoor heat, etc) but it's hard to listen to with the strong bg vocals sometimes :(

This was a great performance and to homegirl who keeps complaining about the back up dancers, they did fine to me. The back up dancers are to enhance the performance and not overshadow and that’s what they did. I think she was out of breath due to all the dancing, the large stage and the fact that the backing tracks/vocals aren’t how they are when she performs on music shows which are 70% live and the rest is relying on the tracks. Here she sang more live, but she still killed it
