I have the same problem, leaks when cold, stops leaking when hot. Thanks for the video.

The electrical connector at the coils detaches from coil frame without removing frame. The whole connector slides off backward from spline. Hope that makes sense.

This is possibly old seals but I would do a flush and make sure that's not what was causing the pressure issue. Also check to make sure coolant overflow tank feed line is not kinked shut, check the cap and make sure it allows flow to the coolant tank when bike gets hot, and the temp switch for the fan . The right coolant in these bikes does matter. Any one of these could be responsible for the issue. Not a shop mechanic just stating the steps I would take.

Hey brother, I have a question..I just bought my 2008 Vulcan and the fan from my radiator seems to never turn on. My question is When is it supposed to kick on?? I don't write it hard, at least not yet I've only taken it for some simple cruises

Do you find when you replace the oring it is a bigger to push the tube back into the engine? I did mine and STILL see a drip. And, of course after a long cold winter stored

I had this also happen on my vulcan 750 (video is up). It is most likely just seals that have aged over time and suffered a loss of sealing potential. When you pull your bike out after a long winter and with them being old they now start to leak until they warm up and swell and seal better. I believe that is the problem im having.
