I would argue that super heavy amour would be the best counter to SA, as they don't have any high-ap at weapons and the ones they do are very inaccurate.

Trouble with super heavys is they can be overrun by great numbers. Whereas if you have lots of medium armour you can get closer numbers and still have the same effect.
