A warning to all my subscribers. This video shows no scenes of hunting or shooting, but simply some observations on a family of Fox cubs. It is aimed at appeasing some of the folk that don't like some of my usual videos. It may be found useful for anyone who likes studying foxes in general and in particular rural foxes. Enjoy.
I do find it very strange that in my first 100 views of this video I get 2 thumbs down, more than any of my other videos after 100 views.
As a life long hunter I realise the value of studying the things you hunt, to understand their habits, and eventually becoming a more efficient hunter.
Those of you who understand what is going on will also understand why the Cubs were left to play. This doesn't mean they were getting left for hunting purposes.
For the previous few nights the local hen coops have been raided, and murder on a grand scale has been carried out by Mr and Mrs Reynard.
The vixen has moved the Cubs to these rabbit holes, and the clock is now ticking.......
Hours and nights can be spent waiting for the vixen to return. Sometimes the dog will turn up first, but planning and prep usually pays off.
