It's no shade to nobody i swear, but THIS is how you run a cheer program!! NO screaming, yelling, long-winded speeches, just cheer, drills, corrections, positive attitude, leadership and VIBES! You can be strict and a perfectionist without being a hellraiser and a bully. It comes from the top down, and it shows out there on the floor any and every time Coach Danielle and Coach Lee are in charge of the girls (and guys), we know the squad is in great hands. I shall continue to forever stan.

what i mean is they are strict in a healthy way not in a toxic way lol she's very strict but she gives very great advice when making corrections instead of some coaches are like "your thumb was out of place.. EVERYBODY RUN 2 LAPS!!" instead Danielle and Lee says let me fix your finger so we can all move on lol.

These click bait-ish titles are Getting Out Of Control! I think most people who watch these videos watch because they like supporting the cheer teams. The over exaggerated (sometimes just completely fabricated) video titles are unnecessary.

Interesting…. I wonder what’s the origin of this type of cheer….especially the muffled sound when they cheer. Do they do stunts and tumble? 😳😳…. Oh wow that male coach….if they could keep up with his energy and showmanship…..🔥🔥🔥

I know itaily originated in the Virginia/North Carolina region among African American squads. It uses traditional African American step team moves and dances. They are also more accepting of a person's size unlike traditional cheer squads. Most HBCUs and black high schools across the south that aren't in the mid-Atlantic (NC/VA/MD) region still do traditional style cheering, but Stomp and Shake is slowly spreading across the rest of the south.
