Maltese is I think impossible to learn, so difficult hehe, luckily they speak English. Nice, naxxar which feasts is it? I always like to visit different places tho.

Since I speak it fluently, our feast is if I'm not mistaken Marija bambina (the Nativity of the virgin Mary) usually held on the 8th September, but we got hit by a pretty bad storm so only had Monday where they were shooting. It's a hard choice between mellieha and here usually, and typically they outdo us since we focus more on the giggioku fireworks on the ground, and have a couple national records in that regard

​@@vuurvent i can go on forever lol, and most things i cant say here without risking getting banned. and the dialect makes it so much funnier if you'd like here are some literal translations (they are so damn funny) 4:27 (what a dog he is) 6:30 (now i have to take a big shit, im gonna shit in the pipe!) the next phrase id rather not say lol since its very 18+ 7:28 ("come lemme hold your hand", "hold his balls!") I was honestly expecting to have more, but its a lot of commonly said curse-words heh like il-madonna which translates to "oh Mary". but still, nothing beats maltese swearing since you can get very creative... One thing i recommend though, the giggifoku lately has gotten very intricate, nowadays timed electronically at times, especially in the good places like naxxar, so i recommend viewing them. theyre usually done separately from the aerial displays
