VVCAL 2018 Week 6 Crochet Motif: Rowan Tree Square

I know I am three years late to the game, but I have to say how much I am absolutely loving these squares. I have been crocheting for more than 45 years and still feel like an amateur so I kept passing these squares up because they looked intimidating. But I love them. I am making a blanket using sage green, light gray and a beige/cream color. I'm going to do one final round one each one of a variegated colorway before I join them with a dark olive.
