This video will show you how to lube or service your beam on the VW beetle. This should be done at every oil change

Personally l take the weight off with Jack & cover the nipples with tyre valve caps when finished

Hi, aren't you supposed to get the old grease out as well?

you would need to disassemble it to clean old grease out. Usually you just want to add grease until you see a little come out.
