Maybe the point of fishing is to relax, I don’t know what I would do if I put a fish on a hook, I wouldn’t like it. The tagine looks good. Good man Drew 🇬🇧🇬🇧

It’s less relaxing when you’re trying to impress someone with you’re fishing skills of which I have none

@@drewdiscovers I am probably older than your mum lol. I have twin daughters aged 27. I have done up my old van but only travel in my own back yard so lovely to watch others that are brave enough to go farther afield and you certainly do that. I have few health problems so watch a lot of camper vlogs, yours being one of the best. Look after yourself young fella.

Morocco looks fantastic, I will attempt to get down there in the next couple of years, and it's out of the shenanigan zone so the perfect choice to over winter. It's grim in the UK now by the way, ❄️😀👍👍👍

Thanks Mo. Nice to hear from you. I plan too keep going my friend 😊 yeah get out there - if I was to start again I would go down to a local lake and try get friendly with an owner and be shown everything. I’ve noticed anglers really like helping other anglers it’s just abit more difficult when you don’t share a language

Hey bro! Nice one 😊 I have two go pro hero 7s. Cheap and cheerful 1080p footage with stabilisation so when I move around it’s not too messy - about £200 each on CEX. Enjoy!

Another good one Drew, and female company. You should go back that way and bring Mira back for Christmas (not in a turkey kind of way 🤣) I think she would enjoy our culture. Then of course you would have a reason to return to Morocco. Anyhow, stay safe.

one tip for you if you ever come back : if you want plenty of fish the best spots are either around mogador or from sidi ifni southwards the difference is huge, in rabat in particular the bouregreg river dumps all kinds of pesticide/industrial waste so not as much fish in the shallow waters, avoid fishing during high tide or low tide, in between is best, another tip is you should have gotten some local liquid attractant for your bait, most fishing shops like the one you visited have them front and center, from my experience the stronger the scent the more effective another thing you may have missed in the south is trying argan products which only grow in morocco, most of these are not available anywhere else, since you like peanut butter you should try amlou and and amlou desserts btw you may want to delete the video eventually if it seems someone could get in trouble the way customs and laws are
@drewdiscovers Жыл бұрын
Thanks again mate! Yes I struggled in Morocco for fishing but if you watch my Remote Lake video you will see a big carp 😊 also I love amlou so good!
