It is the air suspension, use a bigger battery

You would need to run a 40amp relay for your compressor and you will need to wire it to a switch. I suggest you do a big 3 upgrade to your electrical system

I had a similar sound and it was my ball joints, the turning and snagging idk what it could be but it could be the metal on metal ya

Check if there is a washer that goes in between the strut and the mounting when you fit it
