VW Passat B6 MAF sensor replacement

Mine Skoda Octavia 1.9 tdi bxe ,has no power at full capacity! 2 years ago has a few limp mode,and since,has no full power... Turbo have maximum 1.2 bar pressure,and has same power with MAF connection or without MAF connection.... With no MAF connection ,has no error on board....
