Yes. Would be a stage 1 if its running 315bhp. Stock the R runs 260bhp or 285bhp depending on if its the facelift model or not.

Turbos muffle out undesirable sounds from many 4 cylinder engines making them sound deeper, more mellow and refined. Put an exhaust on a NA 4-cyl and often times it will sound boomy, raspy and “ricey”.

This is TSI, I think pre 2014. After that they got the golf 7 engine without chain.

All sciroccos R, pre-2014 facelift and 2014 facelift have old ea113 engines as in golf 6R. Facelift in 2014 didn't change anything in tech for scirocco R, only exterior and interior.
