Hi Kaissar Ghalem. Thank you! :) I would really like to visit Algeria once. Unfortunatly I don't know a lot about this country, but with a few good books, that can change :) cheers!

Algeria is a beautiful country. Tourists call it the continent because of its varied climate. I hope you will visit it. I follow your videos and I love vw t3. I wish you a pleasant journey. Thank you.🌍🚙

beautiful time laps 👌 is the stars on your time laps real or you put them on it . and can you show us a tutorial
@bertolttrotter4514 жыл бұрын
Hi Sam Ahmed. Thanks! :) Yes, those stars are real. It's about 600 picutres per time lapse, each picture with a shutter speed of 30 seconds. Unfortunatly I am terrible bad with tutorials, but just google the words "time lapse milkyway" and you'll find a lot of great explications how to do it :) cheers!

Nice video series, keeps us dreaming of visiting Morocco with the T3, which is on our list for some time.. Some questions: what size tires do you run and what tire pressure did your run in the sand and stone parts? Do you recon this part is possible in a 2wd T3 (lifted suspension and 215/75/R15 AT tires) Regards from Belgium

Hi Jeroen François, thank you very much! 😁 you should definitely visit morocco, we found it astonishing easy to travel and most fascinating country! We run 205/75/15 General Grabber AT tires. In the sand we reduced the pressure to 1.5 bar. In the rocks we went down to 80% so about 2.8 bar. With a good ground clearance and robust tires you‘re very well equipped for offroad in Morocco. But nevertheless, the journey between Mhamid and Foum Zguid I would definitely not recommend in a 2wd vehicle. There are extensive stretches of very soft sand in the route we took. Apparently there are easier routs but you‘ll still have to cross some sand fields. The problem is with non driven front wheels, is that they not only don’t give any traction but that they push the sand in front of the vehicle wich slows the bus down. But there’s a million of other good off-roading for 2wd vehicles in Morocco! Cheers!

@@bertolttrotter451 Thank your for your answer! do you have some tips for nice offroad stretches suitable for our lifted 2wd? Regards!

Hi @@jeroenfrancois7704 There's really a lot of possibilities. From Foum Zguid you can drive with a 2wd bus over the salt lake "lac iriqui" until the Erg Chegaga sand fields begins. Also around the Mdaour Kbir-mountain (29.905890, -6.843541) close to Foum Zguid are a lot of tracks possible for 2wd bus. Watch out for my next episode wich covers these regions (due to the current situation I'dont know when I'll finde the time to edit the video). A part from this region, there is a lot of good offroading in the High Atlas around Imilchil. For all these adventures I would recommend you to get a good offroad guidebook. That allows you to estimate how difficult it will get (mine was from pistenkuh.de and it's german). In general, the 2wd is a very capable vehicle. Be sure to bring some sandboards. cheers!

Hi@@bertolttrotter451 , thanks for the answer. I did already knew the site pistenkuh.de from routes in the Alps/Pyrenees, no problem for the German language :-) i saw that you uploaded the next part, i'll be looking forward to watch that one.. Weird times indeed, makes me now think how we always took it for granted to travel around and roam the world.. hopefully we can enjoy that privilege again soon... bye!!
