liked subscribed and only watched 5 times so far great information can't wait for next update can I ask what gauge of steel you used to fabricate the mountings and did you work out an angle or just eyeball it?

Hi sorry for the late reply I used 6mm plate for some of the main fixing plate and the reinforcing and some box tube think it was 40x80mm and a pice of 2inxh 5mm tube with 2 10mm plate welded and stepped on top of it with a key way to lock it into the og mount 😊 As for working out the position I made a jig that I built the mount off of 😊

Hi mate I use a sump off a bit 1.9 t5 transporter and it was close If I remember right I use a hammer and gently put a little dent in the back of the sump to clear the driveshaft flange

When I did the loom iv just tagged the plugs that I needed and the cut it all back til iv just had a very small piggy back loom 😊

@@TheADHDmechanic hi Terry thank you for the reply. I thought you had uprated the pd engine to fit t4. I’m after more power now from mine. Do you know which components I can replace. Inlet turbo etc. I’m going for a darkside intercooler anyway. Sure it’s easy enough to get extra power by swapping these items. Passat pd150 parts??? Cheers

Hi yer the pd engine are almost the same it’s just the injectors and the turbo that holds them back So a set of pd150 injectors and a nice big turbo and the pd 150 head bolds or a set of updated head holts and a strait pipe I tuned a mk4 golf up the other day which had a pd150 engine in it and I got 220bhp 😀

@@edwardpayne4150 right I’d say u would want a turbo off a pd150 from a mk4 golf or a a3 turbo will be a gt17 and u would want a egr delete pipe for the manifold that will get u close to 200 bhp try and get a hybrid gt17 or a gt20
