i have a t25 1990 waterbox dj 2.1 inj and it has a fault where it is revving hight like i have my foot down to the floor on the ex pedal any ideas

I have a 1986 2.1 waterboxer just changing all the fuel lines ,10 mm bolt holding injector in just snapped ,this vidio does not cheer me up .
