Great little video with no nonsense explanation, these Pano roofs are notoriously unreliable but very simple to fix with the right know how and a little patience .......

Just want to add, mine was a 2012 MK6 Golf Estate, it was exactly the same as Kevin's Tiguan, they are just a generic sunroof cassette that is drooped into all VW Roof skins at factory from 2009 to approx 2013, if it has the rotary opening knob and looks the same as in this video it will be the same pano roof no matter your VW model. .........

Hi Kevin, how do you remove the dome light panel from the roof? Do you have to pull it down first to remove the screws?
