this is the 3rd time it broke in 11 years. very easy to replace. hope it's useful

Thank you!! Saved a trip to mechanic, super easy fix. I replaced with OEM part # 7l6-711-878-F. Took me 2 minutes tops!! Part was $47, cheap plastic, $11 of that was shipping. Dealer wanted $66. First time I have had to replace and I have a 04.

No , this one is not genuine.

You obviously haven’t shown how you release the Handel as it doesn’t just come out like that , if your going to make a video do it properly not half hearted .

Its was a year ago ...but from what I remember you need to open the plastic panel under the steering wheel to get access behind the handle.
