初めまして、日本語でコメントして御免なさい🙏 。 全て手作りなさって貴方は、凄いですね！しかもディスクブレーキに車体下の錆防止加工も御一人でなされて👍 後は、事故や盗難やトラブルに備えてドライブレコーダー(ナビ連動でルームミラー一体化)と12Vの排泄物を真空パック処理するラップポントイレ(日本の介護用室内簡易トイレをキャンピングカートイレに活用しています 。排泄物タンクの設置が無いから匂いが無いし燃えるゴミとして処理出来るし凝固剤で排泄物を固めるので漏れ無い・専用袋を利用する)を後部座席下に引き出し式で収納し、後部壁に薄型換気扇 を設置をすれば、安心して車中泊旅が出来ますね 😊。内装の参考になりました。動画をアップして下さり有難う御座います。

Excellent and I love the way you used adhesive to stick the roof skin to the frame of the poptop before you riveted the frame. I reckon that’ll cut out a lot of creaking noises from the roof.

Thank you for that, yes the adhesive does add the additional strength and eliminates any creaking. The one bit particularly suceptible to vibration and creaking on the pop up roofs is above the cab, so that’s why I put plenty there too.

I hope you had more than just square washers to to down the Rib bed? Evo kits are great but don't always fit as they should.

Yes, there’s full certified & crash tested Kiravans support bar fitting kit used (as on all my vans). I wouldn’t be surprised if every kit, regardless of manufacturer needs adjustments as each vehicle can have different factors affecting the fit - such as the thickness of the floor, the side panels used, lining method etc. Thanks, David
