Also in the different dash displays if you long press the view button you can make the inner clock info disappeare and re apear very handy in maps mode

Does anyone know how to change the units in the active info display, I have a ‘23 R and I can see the power output as kw, I want to change it to hp. (Units menu in the infotainment screen didn’t work, I tried pressing buttons twice/longer, changed language etc but coudn’t find how to change it)

Great vid friend, have a question regarding steering wheel controls, do you possibly know how to answer or hangup calls from steering wheel? its use to be OK button on mk7.5 but not on this mk8 Thanks

Thanks for the comment. Unfortunately not possible. Only the VW navigation can be displayed.

Outside temperature and time is not visible on my display. You say it is permanent. Does that mean that it is not available to me? I have a 2021 GTE.
