I'm still running a Ranger that he helped design, and God willing I will run a Vexus one day.

This man (Randy Hopper) knows how to design and build boats. He was with Ranger when Forrest Wood started the company in 1968.

@Rey Jude Thanks for your reply. I found the site thru google and I'm waiting for the hacking stuff now. Seems to take quite some time so I will reply here later with my results.

Very clever hull design, of course only real world tests will tell how it handles at higher speeds and on the limit. But they're certainly doing a lot of right things by the looks of it.

My next boat for sure!

Baffles. I'm still amazed it's not being used. You get a noise toy saying ladder down on a switch.. but your going to give me a indicator light when it's sunny outside.
@mchevy9114 жыл бұрын
They have since changed this to a kill switch. The engine will shut down and not start until the ladder is stowed.

February is coming. Would love the VX21 but due to cost, will have to settle for the Aluminum. How many of the VX21 features will be incorporated into the aluminum versions?

love the vexus boats. but i’ve had a lot of problems with my avx2080. we had to get a whole new motor after my 200 pro xs had a oil leak, the fuel tank had to be moved due to the vexus recall. i love this boat it performs amazing but have a had a lot of issues for a 50k dollar boat. and i only see them working the fiberglass boats so it’s frustrating.

Buy a ranger bud. I have a friend who split his Hull in half from huge waves and ranger replaced the entire boat for free. They stand by their product

Looks nice but the chrome rail looks way too 80s almost like a basscat 👎🏼.So is this really a brand new hall from a new mold I mean new mold not the seven different ones that are being passed around and sold off. How far in is the pad from transom??? Because it looks like the boats really has to be trimmed up a lot to get a good attitude.
@mchevy9114 жыл бұрын
GREAT NEWS!!! You can get that rail powder coated black. I saw it on a gray VX20 and it looked killer.

Are you going to design a model without the hand rail on the port and starboard side? It looks like it's a 1980's rig. Other than that it's awesome. Remove the rail.

Please build a 18ft fiberglass boat!
@weaintfree5 жыл бұрын
I hear you. Since the Real Pros all run 20-22 footers.....all the club boys do now too. You go to a dealer lot it’s a lot harder to find the 18s. Some dealers don’t even stock em. And as we all know, the bigger they are and the more power sitting out back ....Means Higher Cost. You are correct, for a lot of us 18 footers are sufficient ....and much more affordable. BTW- I really like Everything about the Vexus line, but if I move in to one someday it’ll have to be the aluminum line. I’m okay with that

I was talking to my local dealer a couple of weeks ago. He said once they are caught up with demand for the 20 and 21, a shorter version will be released.
