Thanks for this video ... my passenger rear is making a grinding noise when locking and unlocking, so I am thinking the actuator may be stuffed and Ill need to replace, this is going to help!

ebay, but buy genuine part. Aftermarket ones are junk.

I'd recommend genuine. I got 2 off Ebay and they both started playing up within a month. Or second hand from "U Pull It'.

my door wont lock as the button wont lock when pushing button on key, does that mean its the actuator?

Any door? Key Battery? If its the battery you have to get a new key remote $$$. Push down driver manually to see if the others follow eg locks all the other doors.

My rear door wont open from the inside or out could you give some info how to fix this problem its a 2006 VZ .

Take the inside door handle cover off an manually pull the rod/arm that connects to the door latch. I this doesn't work you may have to destroy the interior door card/trim to access the lock to trip it manually without the control arm. Just check if the door isn't seized (have someone open it from the outside and someone on the inside push open the door, door has to be opened from the outside due to the child lock may be on). Good luck
