This music seems perfectly suited for a very scary movie -- I can picture someone walking thru a house of horrors, each crescendo representing another surprise behind another door, the mellower parts representing the apprehensive walking through different hallways.

Not only that, it sounds more that way than versions 45a (for just 2 pianos tuned a quarter tone apart = 24 notes per octave, as used here but without the other instruments) and 45b (just 3 pianos tuned a sixth tone apart = 36 notes per octave, and still no other instruments).

This music makes me feel at a funeral procession, a coffin being led down the aisle in a violet hued church. An out of body experience watching as a body-less observer, sensing the grieve and pure agony people are feeling. Sounds a little morbid perhaps but that was the most powerful vision I got listening to this.

I like to leave this in it's abstraction. I like a lot the quartr tone compositions, they are so intresting and this one great!
