I have all the symptoms. My relationship were pathetic with friends family because of insecurity. I don't want to trouble anyone but cant control myself. Sometimes I get so angry and the other second I cry like hell. Always have fear of left out so I become clingy. I don't want my best friend to be friend with others. I fight to get attention from loved one. If I see my loved one online but is not responding me I get crazy. I can't sleep the night. I keep on messaging them all night. I don't want to see myself this much miserable. And I am crying while writing this comment.

If you are reading this comment and you have been diagnosed with this illness. I assure you it's not incurable. First, you will have to radically accept the fact you are coded a certain way, you're hurt and you're behaving like that because you feel like there's no other way to cope. There are millions of ways you can cope but first you'll have to accept everything as it is and then have faith in yourself. Visit resources to better understand your illness, we as People with personality disorders often don't reflect on our feelings and use overt actions /impulsive behavior to cope with the unimaginable inner pain. I'd suggest u to find credible resources like The Mighty to get psycho educate urself. Then read about Dialectical Behavioral therapy, you will find the worksheet online. Practice mindfulness, self-awareness and radical acceptance. Find videos of interview with Dr Marsha Linehan she is the creator of DBT and also was just like us. You have to choose hope over fear every single day. I wish you strength.

I'm sorry to say but this is not the way you explain something which is as serious as BPD. I feel like in this video he has just translated what pops up on Google when you search about BPD. I don't know behind the scenes and his intention to make it but the gestures he was making and his way of delivery of his words sounded reckless and comments he made are generalized. This is just my opinion, and having BPD, I'm offended.
