He joined the company in July 2023 and has been tasked with leading the company on the next phase of its journey. Before this, Mathew was the Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer of Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals Ltd.
In his seven-and-a-half-year stint as the CEO of CGCEL, he was instrumental in transforming the company into one of the top performers in the industry with industry-leading profitability. Recognizing their stellar performance, the Economic Times awarded Mathew Job as one of Asia's most promising business leaders for 2020-21. An alumnus of the Harvard Business School and the Indian Institute of Management, Kolkata, Mathew started his career with Philips Electronics India Ltd.
