I think Busy verse is more lyrical in terms of word play, rhyming scheme, and punchlines BUT Kartel is far far more lyrical than Busy overall and it's not even close. Kartel wasn't trying to be lyrical here he was just showing respect to killa and highlight everything killa did for him. Also, this Busy verse reminds me of Kartel song Solomonic Chronic bcaz the rhyme scheme is words ending with ic. I'm not saying Kartel created this style I'm just saying his song came to mind!
