🇯🇲 Better late than never. My first time meditating on this interview: I am not into the "Dance Hall" genre, but I do admire Adidja Palmer persona. Why did this artist land in jail? Besides the skin bleaching, and the accusations in the media, as I watch him speak, he has a level of intelligence beyond the norm. As he speaks of Vybz Kartel in the 3rd person, you can see that the artist and the man Adidja Palmer are two sides of a coin. The big question is, when in his private space, which side of the coin does he embrace? I hope he gets another stab at freedom. It would be a waste for him to lanquish in prison🇯🇲

I never really understood Vybz Kartel and I was never really fond of him because I never gave him the chance, now year 2023, I clicked on this interview not with the intention to watch all of it, but I had to because this man really is the most intelligent Dancehall Artiste that I ever came across. He knows the street, music and the business and was smart enough to capitalize on these things. The most fascinating thing about him is that he dared to be different something I despised at the time but it's different when you give someone a chance. I wish there was more from you but sadly there are actions and demons of the past you have to face. No one can take away the fact that you will forever be edged in history.
