If Expense ratio in DIRECT plan lesser than REGULAR plan, then why DIRECT PLAN NAV is HIGHER than REGULAR PLAN? Due to the higher NAV in DIRECT plan, customer get LESSER UNITs. If a customer invests In Axis BLUECHIP , say 10 lakh. He will get 21891 units @ 45.68 in REGULAR PLAN and 19361 units in DIRECT PLAN. That is, you are getting 2530 additionally in REGULAR PLAN. Also, invester get additional support from The Advisor / Distributor in REGULAR PLAN. So think twice before switching between REGULAR and DIRECT Plans.
