This tank exemplifies a lot of problems with modern day wot. A heavy tank with enough armor to bounce shots, insane clip with still decent DPM, and solid top speed. Any single shot tank has to play uber defensively because a VZ can punish the smallest mistake and even a shit player can YOLO in and do half it's HP worth of damage while suiciding. Tanks like these are the reason why 15 - 5 four minute games are so common, they can make mountains out of molehills when it comes to half a second overpeek or misangle. It's more powerful than a chieftain imo, it's balancing factor is the shittiest of grinding to it

@@garyhardison9265 I feel ya, conq turret armor is awesome until it isn't. Doesn't help VZ can load gold and autopen your mantlet while you have to snipe it's cupola. Even then it's a 400 for 1000 negative trade.

@@gandei100 50% makes it one of the best performing tech-tree tier 10s. It also has the highest DPG of any tech tree tier 10.

7:45 I disagree Maus takes a lot of getting used to , it is much easier for a noob to play with VZ , S.Conq, E100, Kranvagn. Why? Noobs dont understand angling and blocking shots too well, they would always give the flat face of Maus to enemy, in hulldown tank or E100 it is way less risk of taking damage doing this. High mobility is also good for noobs as they will be used to lower tier gameplay, being able to run out in front of enemy and make a good trade is what is going to work for a noob, in VZ they can do 1000 damage and probably run away before enemy does 1000 to them even if they drive out showing their side. If they do this in a Maus it will never be a good trade for them. In Maus you have to bait shots and hope to bounce before firing one yourself, I think the reason it has one of best winrates for tier 10 heavy is because it is one of the very few heavy tanks that is capable of bouncing the gold ammo if you can angle it like experienced player. That being said it is still less than 50 WR which is still tomato can level for a tank. Shows how poor heavy tanks are in the current WoT meta, everyone is shooting the gold and heavy tanks are pinata of hitpoints. Tanks either have way too fast rate of fire or way too small amount of the hitpoints, either way its the mobility that is king in WoT and that is why Maus is not noob friendly and not competitive. But I still love it

@@skill4ltu I love watching you play, I still feel like a noob compared and I have played over 50k battles I learn a lot especially how to stay cool headed while playing many battles I appreciate you, it is easy to be smart in world of tanks but sometimes its better to be quiet and think a few more moves ahead like chess, and watching your videos and opinions it is like the result of the thinking many moves ahead from the years of playing

What this tank all about.. Gun may troll u little bit, I mean. Sure one can pen, but the other ones between not pen/disappeared in the middle of nowhere.. Cupola? Somehow you can bounce, But the most is pen. I still didn't know how other players can bounce it.. Speed, hmmm decent for heavy. And this Hull length same as T-10 if I'm not mistaken.. Also, personally I hate and love this tank. And I managed to get ace wanker in 12 battle on it.. Lucky? Idk, RNG? Probably, Skill issue? Perhaps Everything is possible

With this tank i have the worst WR on all tier10 tanks in the game! Only 37% in 200 battles, all other heavies i managed from 49 to 55 WR! ....i am speechless!

Sometimes tanks are just cursed for you. When I was grinding through the conq I had a wr of 61% over 170 games but when I started playing the s conq I was hovering around 43% for the longest time. I’ve manage to raise it; not sure what’s it’s at now, but it’s still sub 50. I think it’s that subconsciously I know the tank is crazy good and I’m putting myself in bad situations expecting the tank to do things that it just can’t. Try convincing yourself it’s a bad tank so you have play smarter to compensate.
