Since I'm pretty sure this is a semi auto civilian version, putting on a stock would turn this into an SBR and be classified as a felony unless they paid the tax stamp and passed the background check(s). If this was a full auto registered machine gun, then it probably wouldn't matter. Not a US citizen though so I'm not entirely certain how NFA items are controlled there.
