He’s done a lot, but I think Greg Glassman has done more for weightlifting than anyone. He brought millions of people to CrossFit who then got exposure to weightlifting and had many many people leave CrossFit for weightlifting or be involved in both. So thank you Greg Glassman for brining me to weightlifting and thank you Seb for doing Gods work and having such knowledge and skills when it comes to weightlifting and editing

Shifang is just different. So authoritative with her lifts. Her demeanor seems so cold and "all business". She's also the only one I see push herself to the absolute limit so regularly. And at the same time she's backstage with her pink blankie with hearts on it. Simply fascinating.

quality of video is closer to 720p and no where near 2160p 4k quality...was the whole championships recorded on nokia 3315? if you get the rights to the championships gotta make sure you have the capacity to do so adequately, good commentators but video quality is terrible!

I agree, but it's pro sports and a strength based sport at that, so there will always be genetic outliers. A female weightlifter having manly features isn't stranger than a female volleyball player being freakishly tall.
