Friends are shocked when I let them know that W.A.S.P are one of my top five favorite metal bands. Criminally underrated. Put it this way, Rod Smallwood chose to manage them. Rod put Iron Maiden on the map, his instincts are sound as are his ears.

Yh but just because you like them more than others doesn't mean it's suddenly so much better. They were popular but they weren't good enough to hit motley crue or Poison level of success. There are many bands which are good but aren't good enough or just don't have that many good songs to catch new fans and grow.

Dan Lo cant agree with that.the best albums of wasp are those were only blackie wrote the songs (or most of the songs) for example headless children, crimson idol, unholy terror etc. the first 3 albums with holmes are good tho but kfd was a "look how scary we are" album und helldorado was a "look how uninspired and scary we are" album
