WASP was considered an LA band, but they were so different than that scene. I used to like thrash, death, black, as a kid late 80s/early 90s, but had WASP in my heart after I heard some of their better songs and saw how they carried themselves, it was just so different from the "LA scene" which I "tried to get into" but just could not....too full of posers in my book. any one remember when "Poser" or " Follower" was one of the worse "names to be called".....Now its supposed to be like a normal or good thing to "sociadites", Well I guess it has always been derogatory in my book and the mainstream has only gotten much worse!?!! I don’t get it? I would imagine that if the members from the original or should I say the WASP band that came to prominence are alive and healthy enough to play and tour. And having said that I’m aware of Chris Holmes struggles these days. But if they could be frankly healthy enough. Then why can’t they put aside there bullshit and show the fans WASP as we know it ? I’m betting especially in a package tour they would draw at least mid leval arenas. It’s kinda like a lot of older bands. Heath reasons are obvious legit But let’s be honest. This is Blackie Lawless solo playing WASP songs. Time is running low on these types of bands.

@@robforrest2069 I do not believe he's being entirely truthful here. Or at least, intentionally ambiguous. The fan asked about backing tracks, and Blackie admits he uses them under his lead vocals. That's true. But the fan did not ask him if he's lip synching his lead vocals as well, and Blackie did not offer up that information. I saw them from the pit in LA this week and it seemed to be a mix of live and lip synching. Almost the entire opening medley seemed lip synched from him. However some other songs seemed to be live singing (Crimson Idol tracks for instance). It was a good show and I love WASP but frankly it sucks to see him up there and his mouth and lips are not doing exactly what I hear coming from the speakers. Just sing the shit live, man.
